Mike Murphy

Mike is a C-Suite executive with deep domain expertise from years of experience in multiple and varied functional roles, market segments, and company sizes. A transformational thought leader, he leverages his strong multidisciplinary technical skills, leadership, creativity, and acute analytical skills to improve the financial performance of healthcare and insurance companies dramatically. He has an impressive history assessing and resetting the strategic direction of companies, building and growing new businesses, and revitalizing and transforming existing ones. Recent achievements include:

Orchestrated the integration of three diverse healthcare businesses, consolidating operations, assembling a new executive team, and achieving an 18% revenue increase and 40% EBITDA growth in Year One
Built an entire insurance company from scratch, driving revenues of $435M and $22M of EBITDA in under 4 years
Transformed a healthcare business by rebuilding operational infrastructure, pricing discipline and compliance controls. Turned a gross loss of $11.6M into a profit of $7.1M
Developed a “cold-start” national insurance product portfolio that generated $50M in annual revenue and double-digit margins

Joe Rolewicz

Joe is a Consulting Executive with extensive service delivery experience and a proven track record of implementing sustainable solutions and stakeholder satisfaction. He brings deep industry and marketplace understanding in healthcare and related provider organizations, combined with significant C-Level and Board of Director executive consulting leadership. He is relentlessly focused on ensuring client success via quantified, measured, and realized results that tightly align with enterprise-wide change management processes. Achievements include:

Executed the go-live of a wholly-owned Managed Care Contracting subsidiary in less than six months that operationalized nearly $50M in consolidated Year 1 revenue while on-boarding over 30 new staff and implementing 4 new IT systems
Facilitated executive and leadership teams in more than 50 different client relationships and complex project delivery solutions
Led cross-functional project teams and implementation efforts, resulting in enterprise-level business transformation and performance optimization in over 30 organizations
